Applications for the next round of funding are now open until Sunday 30 June 2024.

Emergency rescue exercise planned at University wind turbine

If you spot emergency services and abseiling figures on Thursday 16 May, please don¡¯t be alarmed. ¸Û°Äͼ¿â will work with local emergency services to complete the exercise at the wind turbine.
Lancaster Sports Centre

Roses 2024 ¨C Bigforth Drive closure and Sports Centre parking restrictions ¨C Friday 3 May to Sunday 5 May

Bigforth Drive (the main University drive) will be closed from 5pm on May 3 until 6pm on May 5 for Roses 2024. This closure will impact traffic and access to the main campus, the Sports Centre and bus services during this time.

¸Û°Äͼ¿â has been shortlisted for an award in the Innovation in Student Experience category at this year¡¯s College and University Business Officers (CUBO) Awards for its sustainability shop,  ReStore Lancaster.

Tree management project to take place across campus to remove trees in poor condition

From Monday 22 April until Friday 26 April, tree and vegetation clearance works will take place across some green spaces on southwest campus. The works will include the removal of some trees and the clearance of several areas of woodland; however any loses will be replanted in other locations. This is the latest stage of on ongoing scheme of tree management works currently taking place across campus in support of the Woodland Management Plan.

The AUDE Estates/Facilities Team of the Year Award recognises Facilities and Estates teams that exhibit exceptional team work leading to significant achievement.
